Goodbye England

So the day is finally here. I am sat at a computer in terminal three in heathrow after saying my goodbyes to Mum, Dad and Will. We cant believe that this trip has come around sooooo fast, it still feels unreal.

I just want to thank eveyone for there support of Dave and mine trip to all these wonderful places and it would be much more harder without everyone. We especially want to thank Mum, Dad and Will as they have been fab and the best parents in the world. Also good luck to Will on his travels to South America!!!

Thanks to everyone who has had us over to stay and over to eat, it was so nice to see the family before we left.

So here we come ready or not INDIA!!!! So excited. I'll be updating the blog throughout our trip so keep reading!

All our love to everyone.

21 days to go!

We have 21 days to go and we have just about everything ready, Indian visas' were done about 5 weeks ago, which was not as easy as some of the other visas, as we didn't want to go and queue at the embassy for the day and so we decided to do it by post, which is the scariest thing due to the fact you are sending your passort away through post, just before you go travelling. But it was all ok and the passports got back safe and sound with something to show for it on one of the pages! Which was very exciting. The Australian visa was so much eaiser, just a couple of forms online and then a phone call and it was all done. The same with the Vietnam visa, all we have to do is print of a letter of approval and we get our visa stamp on arrival. All of this makes it real, all we really need to do now is concentrate where we will actually be going when we set foot in India, we know we will be hitting Delhi first but we both want to go to the mountains and to the South to visit Kerala. We are also thinking of spending new year in Goa which apparently is the place to be and is famous for slient discos!!!!

Al that is left to do is finish my job!(Whoop), have a party and say goodbye to everyone, that part I am not looking forward to!
